Is a Wedding Planner required in order to book a wedding at Khalsa Farm and Events?
No, however a wedding planner is highly recommended to ensure a smooth and seamless event on your big day. We have found that having a point person to coordinate vendors and enforce event timelines takes the burden off family members and helps create an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Does Khalsa Farm and Events provide any on site accommodations?
Khalsa Farm and Events provides the venue space and has two portable restrooms available to rent. Clients are responsible for arranging event rentals, food vendors, décor etcetera for the event. Our property is a blank canvas to create the event of your dreams - the possibilities are endless!
What happens if the weather turns on the day of our event?
We recommend renting an event tent or other form of structure to ensure your event can proceed in case of winds, rain or heat. Please see our Weather tab for our average temperatures and precipitation values in Napa County, CA.
Is on site lodging available?
No, but there are multiple lodging options in downtown Napa, only 15 minutes from our property. The closest lodging accommodation is SpringHill Suites Marriot located just 5 minutes away.
Is parking available on the property?
Yes, there's a limited amount of parking available for clients and vendors. Khalsa Farm & Events can accommodate 50 guests. All large events require guests to arrive and depart by shuttle service.
Can I get ready on site?
Yes! A farmhouse is available to clients the day of the event at an additional fee.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, 50% of the total event fee is due 60 days prior to the date of the event. Photoshoots and videography sessions do not require a deposit.
Can our event extend beyond 10pm?
Yes, additional hours are available at an additional fee.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
No, our property lies within a high risk fire zone.
