Khalsa Farm & Events is nestled in the hills of Wine Country and is located forty five minutes from San Francisco and just fifteen minutes from downtown Napa. Our family owned farm offers sixty acres of rolling hills with three hundred and sixty degree views of Napa Valley’s countryside, a stunning backdrop for any event.

The property has a rich history of agriculture. For one hundred years the farm was used to cultivate pears, raise sheep, board horses and graze cattle.

The Hilltop and Summit event spaces have breathtaking views from multiple vantage points with little to no structural interruptions. Our property is a majestic setting for any outdoor event and completely customizable - the possibilities are endless!

SUMMIT EVENT SPACE

HILLTOP EVENT SPACE

**The Hilltop Event Space is currently under construction/unavailable at this time** The Hilltop event space is located at the second highest point of the property, offering breathtaking countryside views. This event space is a stunning backdrop for wedding receptions and other large social gatherings.

PHOTOSHOOT AND VIDEOGRAPHY SESSIONS

Book our property for unlimited access to 60 acres of uninterrupted countryside views to provide a stunning backdrop for proposals, family photos, gender reveals, maternity photos or other memorable occasion!

No, however a wedding planner is highly recommended to ensure a smooth and seamless event on your big day. We have found that having a point person to coordinate vendors and enforce event timelines takes the burden off family members and helps create an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Khalsa Farm and Events provides the venue space and has two portable restrooms available to rent. Clients are responsible for arranging event rentals, food vendors, décor etcetera for the event. Our property is a blank canvas to create the event of your dreams - the possibilities are endless! 
We recommend renting an event tent or other form of structure to ensure your event can proceed in case of winds, rain or heat. Please see our Weather tab for our average temperatures and precipitation values in Napa County, CA.
No, but there are multiple lodging options in downtown Napa, only 15 minutes from our property. The closest lodging accommodation is SpringHill Suites Marriot located just 5 minutes away.  
Yes, there's a limited amount of parking available for clients and vendors. Khalsa Farm & Events can accommodate 50 guests. All large events require guests to arrive and depart by shuttle service. 
Yes! A farmhouse is available to clients the day of the event at an additional fee.
Yes, 50% of the total event fee is due 60 days prior to the date of the event. Photoshoots and videography sessions do not require a deposit.
Yes, additional hours are available at an additional fee.
No, our property lies within a high risk fire zone.
